CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the appointment time and 'no shows' will be charged the full-service fee. Youmay cancel/reschedule your appointment by contacting us without any charge no less than 12 hours prior to your appointment time.

ARRIVAL TIMES

Late arrival for any service may shorten the length of the booked session time. You will be responsible for the payment of any applicable fees associated with the booked Service.
