this is the squat

an industry education course by motus

We developed this course because we believe there is a gap in the way PT and Health Practitioners teach and understand the squat.

If you’re someone who interacts with the “squat” in your day to day personal or professional life, we want to arm you with the best possible understanding of how to maximise, assess and correct this movement.

This course will teach you how to spot and diagnose your clients squat dysfunctions, and how to create a structured plan to correct them in a streamlined way that fits easily into your sessions.

You will finish the course with not only tools and tips that you will be able to immediately implement and apply within your practice, but also an in-depth understanding of this foundational movement.

THIS FULL DAY INTENSIVE COURSE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO UP-SKILL AND RAISE THEIR PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SQUAT. BY ATTENDING, THERE WILL ALSO BE OPPORTUNITY TO NETWORK AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXPERTS IN THE HEALTH INDUSTRY, AS WELL AS BE PART OF A GROWING COMMUNITY.
